Nabídka stipendia na roční studium v USA
Dear students,
I would like to inform you that the FLEX Program will open its application for the 2024/25 academic year in early August. The Czech deadline is also moving up and is set for September 28.
Future Leaders Exchange, or FLEX, enables Czech high school students to live one academic year with a US host family and attend a US high school. The exchange program is fully funded by the US Department of State. The Czech Republic usually has 14 scholarship slots.
Students eligible to apply for FLEX 2024/25 in the Czech Republic must be:
- Czech citizens
- born between May 15, 2006, and July 15, 2009
- studying in the first or second grade of a Czech secondary school of any kind in the 2023/24 academic year
- who have decent grades and are able to communicate in English (perfect knowledge or certificates not required)
- has not spent in the US 90 days in total during the past five years
Students interested in applying can sign up for an e-mail alert, which they will receive when the application opens in August. A flyer for the 2024/25 recruitment season is attached. Students can also follow the program on Instagram.
(Unfortunately, the current second-year students are no longer eligible to receive the scholarship because they will be in the third year of their high school studies in the next academic year.)
