story photos – Fotografie k příběhům

Komise angličtiny vyhlásila soutěž pro studenty vyššího gymnázia o nejlepší příběh inspirovaný fotografií. Celkem se sešlo 30 literárních prací, kde jsme hodnotili originalitu příběhu, úroveň angličtiny, kreativitu a dodržení pravidel. Překvapilo nás, že ani jedna fotografie nebyla „favoritem“ a že bylo velmi těžké vybrat tři nejlepší příběhy. Děkuji Dr. Ritchiemu za pomoc s vyhodnocením a osobní komentáře k vítězným pracím. 

Všem děkujeme za účast a vítězům gratulujeme! Autoři vítězných příspěvků se mohou těšit na sladkou odměnu.

1. místo: Veronika Mrózková 7.A – The Crocodile Savior
I found this short stry brilliantly written with such good use of deep meaningful statements. Evoking images and thoughts about how the discovery of the animal changed her life.
Friendship, caring and setting the crocodile free being a random act of kindness.
A very well written, exciting and grammatically costructed story. 

2. místo: Klára Bugajová 7.A – The World Is a Cruel Place
Painting the scene for Evangeline discovering the sign and the feelings she endured after looking at this was just perfect. Her thought process was detailed and brought to the reader with sheer shock and amazement.
The story brings out real feeling and sympathy form the reader. Perfect grammar and so much feedback from Evangeline on her fate. I enjoyed it so much. 

3. místo: Jan Holík – The story behind the picture
The description of Mr Johnson was able to send a message of how he neded to break of his elderly shell and relive heis youth. His need to be young again and prove himself was ever present. 
Afterwards, his return to reality proved to still by comforting and gave him more reason to live.
The story made me feel that most older kpeople want to be back in their youth and prove they still have somethisng to offer.
Good humen focussed story with so mulch detail included.
